All structural work carries a 10-year statutory warranty (seguro decenal) as required under Spanish law. Finishes and installations carry a 2-year workmanship warranty.
Yes. Clients receive weekly progress updates with photos, and can arrange site visits at any time with our project manager — safety inductions are provided on arrival.
Core trades — masonry, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and tiling — are carried out by our own in-house crews. Specialist trades (e.g. pool installation, elevators) use vetted, long-term subcontractor partners under our supervision.
